MaraPace（下称"本应用"）是一款 AI 跑步备赛训练应用。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与保护，以及你拥有的权利。
· 账号信息：注册邮箱、加密的登录凭据。
· 训练数据：训练计划与设置（目标、比赛日期、目标完赛时间、年龄、心率参数）、跑步记录（距离、用时、配速、心率、体感强度、备注）、打卡进度、跑鞋里程。
· 健康数据（可选）：在你明确授权后，从 Apple 健康只读读取跑步锻炼与心率，仅用于自动填写训练记录；我们不会将健康数据用于广告、不会出售给任何第三方，也不会将其用于分析目的以外的用途。
· 截图（可选）：你主动上传的运动手表/App 截图，仅随当次 AI 分析请求传输，不在服务器存储。
· 协议存证：你同意用户条款时的时间、条款版本与设备信息（平台、系统版本、机型、应用版本、时区、语言）。
· 好友功能：你的显示名、注册邮箱、本周跑量与最近一次跑步摘要会写入可被其他登录用户查询的公开档案，用于好友排行与动态。
提供并同步核心功能（计划生成、记录、统计、好友）；将当次训练数据与可选截图发送给 AI 服务生成教练分析与周报；发送你开启的本地训练提醒（在设备本地调度，不经服务器）。我们不向你推送广告，也不出售你的任何数据。
· Google Firebase（身份认证与数据库）：存储你的账号与训练数据。
· Google Gemini API（经我们的代理服务器调用）：接收当次训练数据与你上传的截图以生成分析，我们的代理不留存这些内容。
· Cloudflare：AI 代理与本网站的基础设施。
以上服务商可能在其所在地（含美国）处理数据，并适用其各自的隐私政策。
数据在你的账号存续期间保留。你可以在 App 内「我的 → 删除账号」一键永久删除全部服务端数据（账号、计划、记录、档案、好友关系），操作不可恢复。也可邮件联系我们处理数据请求。
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。未满 18 岁请在监护人同意与指导下使用。
数据传输使用 TLS 加密，存储访问受基于账号的服务器端安全规则约束（仅本人可读写自己的数据；公开档案仅登录用户可读）。
政策更新会在本页发布并更新生效日期；重大变更会在 App 内提示。

MaraPace (the "App") is an AI running race-prep training app. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used and protected, and your rights.
· Account: registration email and encrypted credentials.
· Training data: plan & settings (goal, race date, goal time, age, heart-rate parameters), run logs (distance, time, pace, heart rate, RPE, notes), check-ins, shoe mileage.
· Health data (optional): with your explicit permission we read running workouts and heart rate from Apple Health, read-only, solely to pre-fill run logs. Health data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used beyond analysis purposes.
· Screenshots (optional): watch/app screenshots you attach are transmitted only with that analysis request and are not stored on our servers.
· Terms acceptance record: time, terms version and device info (platform, OS version, model, app version, timezone, language).
· Friends feature: your display name, account email, weekly mileage and latest-run summary are written to a profile readable by other signed-in users, powering the leaderboard and activity feed.
To provide and sync core features (plan, logs, stats, friends); to send the current training data and optional screenshots to an AI service for coach analysis and weekly reports; to schedule the local training reminders you enable (on-device, not via servers). No ads. We never sell your data.
· Google Firebase (authentication & database) stores your account and training data.
· Google Gemini API (via our proxy) receives the current training data and screenshots to generate analysis; our proxy does not retain them.
· Cloudflare hosts the AI proxy and this website.
These providers may process data in their own regions (including the US) under their respective privacy policies.
Data is kept while your account exists. In the App, "Me → Delete account" permanently deletes all server-side data (account, plan, logs, profile, friendships). This cannot be undone. You may also email us with data requests.
The App is not directed at children under 13. Users under 18 should use it with guardian consent and supervision.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by account-scoped server-side security rules (only you can read/write your own data; profiles are readable by signed-in users only).
Updates will be posted here with a new effective date; material changes will be flagged in the App.
